Hello again,
I wanted to modify couple things on promotional popup so I need directions about two things.
First where to edit text “DO NOT SHOW THIS AGAIN” besides check box as I want to translate it and change color as it is invisible on my background picture.
Secondly how to make popup appear only on landing page as it appears on every single page you open until you click the checkbox?
Thank you
Hi thanks for your fast anwser.
Here is your access in private content
Best regards
Pierre Sauvé
Hello @Mijat,
You can translate the pop up text in wp-content/themes/legenda/languages/default.po file. Please refer to our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/how_to_translate
To change text color add this code in custom.css file:
.white-popup-block label {
color: #222;
}
Unfortunately there is no such possibility to disable pop up on other pages. Sorry.
We’ll try to implement this in future updates.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello @PierreS,
I’ve installed the theme and demo content.
The problem was caused by Really Simple Captcha plugin. I’ve renamed its folder in via FTP.
Please check your site now.
Thank you.

Hello,
I just bought this theme this evening, but when I activate it, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OAuthSignatureMethod_HMAC_SHA1 in /home/heartlandparent/dev.heartlandparenting.com/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/twitteroauth/OAuth.php on line 120
Hello @acromie,
The problem was caused by oauth-twitter-feed-for-developers plugin. I’ve renamed its folder to oauth-twitter-feed-for-developers_old in /dev.heartlandparenting.com/wp-content/plugins directory and now the site is working.
Please check.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Thank you so much! I’m guessing that was a plugin from my last theme? If that’s the case, I’ll just remove it.
Looking forward to setting this one up!
Hello @acromie,
You’re welcome.
If that plugin is from your previous theme you can remove it.
Thank you.

Theme is telling me I need to activate Visual Composer “Hola! Please activate your copy of Visual Composer to receive automatic updates.”
When adding my page content using VS, I get following error when I go to view page.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_column_offset_class_merge() in /nfs/c05/h01/mnt/76306/domains/renaissance-market.com/html/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/vc.php on line 1172
It’s asking for VS licensing key. Where is this located in documentation. Thought was included with purchase of this theme.
Thank you -e
Hello @ebell,
All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. You can download the plugins at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.
Also please update the theme to the latest version.
Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database before update!
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Hello,
I updated from version 2.4.1 to the newest version available on Themeforest.
I saved the options, as you suggested.
My homepage, built with Visual Composer, was in a full mess. It was impossible to align properly two images on a given row.
I have rolled back to version 2.4.1.
Can you please solve the problem before I switch again to the new version?
Thanks in advance,
Nathalie

Hi guys, great theme by the way!
I’ve just updated to the latest version, and I have absolutely no add to cart buttons. None of the products on the site are saleable.
Also, whenever I save my theme options, I get a 404 error.
Please help.
Hello @gaz,
Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
May we reupdate the theme?
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Yeah that’s not a problem.
Thanks in advance,
Gary
Hello @gaz,
We can’t log in to wp-admin panel. The credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
Thank you.
