Hello, did you have any joy with this?
I really need to get it up and running.
If you can’t fix – would rolling back to a previous version of the theme work in the meantime?
Hello @gaz,
We’re sorry for a delay.
The problem with theme options may be caused by some rewrite rules.
Please contact your host and ask them to check if settings are correct for mod_rewrite and if there are any rewrite rules are written on a server.
Thank you.

I am trying to install the latest version of Legenda theme to a new wordpress installation on a site hosted by GoDaddy. When I attempt to upload the theme I get a 500 internal server error. If I load the theme via FTP it shows in themes, but gives me a 500 internal server error when I try to activate.
I’ve tried reinstalling WordPress, increasing file size limits with php.ini, redownloading the theme zip files, uploading an older version of Legenda, etc. Other non-standard themes are able to load and activate without issue on the same installation.
I searched the forums here, and while I see similar issues, I don’t see anything that helps me resolve this. I reached out to GoDaddy, who couldn’t figure the issue out. GoDaddy said my max file size and post size limits are 64mb – way more than is needed for the theme. I apologize if I’m missing something simple. Thanks so much for your help.
Im getting all these errors on a page since update please help:
Hello @paoreus,
What memory_limit value is set?
Please try to increase it and activate the theme.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello @burneyrubber,
To correct all errors you need go to Products > Categories > open category and re-save it. Errors will disappear.

Eva Kemp.
memory_limit value is set to 64m. I moved the theme over to a different host (1&1) and after initially getting the same errors was able to install and activate after i set debug to True. I’ll try turning it off later and hope everything’s resolved. Thanks!
Hello, I was having a few issues with the Legenda theme, I bought the Royal and I’m pretty familiar with it, but the Background where i would normally add the parallax and customize the options doesn’t work at all. The woocommerce attributes doesn’t work neither (Dropdown options)
Could you take a quick look at it.
Thank you.
Ill set up a support user for you.
Hello @UrbnDesignz,
Please provide us with direct links where parallax effect isn’t working as well as woocommerce attributes.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Sorry and thank you
WooCommerce is the shopping page I’ve added the attributes but that drop down menu for my options doesn’t show anything.
Parallax Ex: http://www.starscelebritycheesecakes.com/make-your-own/
Shop: http://www.starscelebritycheesecakes.com/shop/
Product: http://www.starscelebritycheesecakes.com/product/millionaire-minis/
Hello @UrbnDesignz,
Concerning the attributes, you didn’t set prices for variations:
http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0330/h_1427740497_6436941_1f106c2a9c.png
You need write price for all variations.
I’ve edited a row with parallax effect.
Clear browser cache and check the page now.

Eva Kemp.
Thank you for the WooCommerce issue and fixing the parallax. However, I still can’t edit this background like on the royal theme. Im trying to make a landing page with only one picture and it’s a little difficult not being able to use the options to create the background i need. Things like overlaying the background picture.
That is my only issue with this theme other than that everything is cool 🙂
Hello @UrbnDesignz,
Could you please show a screenshot what you want to achieve?
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
None of these options works for Legenda on any pages but the background options works perfectly for the the Royal theme. Just wanted to know if there was any issues or reasons why?
Hello @UrbnDesignz,
This option is added by Ultimate VC Addons plugin.
But Legenda theme isn’t compatible with it, so you should use standard background option.
Sorry.

Eva Kemp.
Please help with this. I am trying to update my theme legenda 2.2 to the latest version of Legenda, but after upload i get this message from wordpress:“are you sure you want to do this?”- Please try again. could you please help me on your end to update my theme.

Dear Eva,
I am replying to my former message (#45526 and #46408).
I made further tests, and I now better understand the issue.
Here is the test I made :
– Before the test, I was using an older version of your theme (2.4.1). I was also using the version 4.4.3 of Visual Composer, downloaded on your website. This combination was working fine.
– I then used your newest version of the theme (2.6.3). In order to use it, i deleted the legenda folder (version 2.4.1) on my WordPress install, and I replaced it with the newest version (version 2.6.3). I was still using version 4.4.3 of Visual Composer.
One big difference between the two versions of your code are in the Visual Composer options (/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=vc_settings). When using the older version of your theme, the tabs “Design options” and “Personalized CSS” were visible, while they are hidden (or deleted?) on the newest version (2.6.3).
In the “design options” tab, I am using the parameter allowing to set the number of pixels between each column. This setup is well applied with the older version of your code, but seems ignored with the newer one.
As I placed back the older verison of the code of your theme on my website, the ignored tabs in the VC options appeared again, and my webpage was looking nice again.
Definitely, Visual Composer is not making the issue (because I did not change the code of the plugin during my test). However, something in the theme folder is acting against VC parameters, and is hidding some of them.
Can you please check what is going on?
Thanks in advance,
Best regards,
Nathalie
Hello @poissonplume,
Please provide us with correct FTP and wp-admin panel credentials and specify for which element in VC editor you don’t have Design Options tab.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Dear Eva,
There is no need for FTP access here.
On the older version of the theme (2.4.1), the parameters of the Visual Composer appear like this :
On the newer version (2.6.3), the second and third tab disappear.
Is this clearer?
Nathalie
Hello @poissonplume,
We need to investigate this issue, so we need to have FTP and wp-admin panel credentials. Also please specify for which element in VC editor you don’t have Design Options tab.
Thank you for understanding.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Dear Eva,
You will find the access credential attached.
As for the VC editor parameter, as explained, it is not an element as such. The issue is on the basic parameters of VC (go to “Réglages” tab, and then “Visual Composer” in the main menu of WordPress => In English, I bet it is “Setup” tab, and then “Visual Composer”).
Best regards,
Nathalie
