Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content. Also confirm you have a back up of the files and database and we’ll update the theme for you.

Unfortunately we still can access neither WP Dashboard nor FTP account. Please view the screenshot:

Please ask your hosting provider support if there are any restrictions on a server. Perhaps they set up Firewall on a server which blocks the access.

I ve some other problems, i haven’t cart on my header (on the right), and i put the option on theme options, like the footer option, doesn’t appear. I see only widget product under my slider (and i didn’t ask to put this option).

Do you know if i can put only one slide (because, that’s write “not slide found”) and is it possible to put off the white arrow slide. I just want only one pict there.

Sorry, but footer query is a bit unclear. Do you want to remove footer on home page or from all pages?

Hello @sebdicam,

I’ve disabled “Product Image Hover” option in Theme Options > Products Page Layout. Now you can click the products.
Concerning the footer you have to recreate it as described in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/footer .

Please read attentively how to create footer in static block:

You must create custom sidebars and insert widgets into there, “Footer 1” and “Footer 2” areas are used to display static block that you create, you can’t use them as Widgetised Sidebars.

2 pictures under slider can be added with Banner element in Visual Composer editor.

Unfortunately we can’t recommend you any of such plugins because we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme. You have to check plugins yourself.
