Themeforest sent me an email telling me there were an upgrade available.. so i went downloading and installing it on my site vía FTP… and now my site is white¡… i mean.. theres nothing to show, i cant log in the admin área!…

Please HELP!
i really dont know what happen, what went wrong and what can i do!

Hello,

I updated our website in our staging area and I get these warnings on my product-category pages. I went through the rest of the site and it only seems to be on those pages.

Hello,

I’ve fixed the problem for the category you provided.
To correct all categories you need go to Products > Categories > open category and re-save it. Errors will disappear. The problem is related to changes made in category header editor.

i get the error:
WP Memory Limit: 40 MB – We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB.

I just spoke to hostgator and they said that the memory is set to 126mb?how can i fix it?
