Hello, I am getting the same message:

“Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could be the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.”

What does the message mean? What should I be doing? Thanks.

I tried updating this theme and since then it hasn’t worked properly. I can’t get the revolution slider, visual composer, and screets chat to install. The website is http://www.flagstoneagency.com

    Hello @divachanel,

What the last theme version did you use before the update? If it was older than 2.2 version please make sure you’ve removed wpbakery folder in wp-conent/themes/legenda.
Otherwise please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @explorework,

All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated. The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hello, This whole process has been very trying on me. I need your help once more, my visual composer is not set up, I can’t see it at all in the editing section. When on the live page itself I can edit through visual composer but when on the back end I can’t for some reason, yesterday everything was perfect today I can’t do anything because everything is just short codes, etc. Please Please Please Help me.

Hey! Hello, how are you all today? So I’ve restored the back up, seems to be working fine other than 1. My static blocks section is hard to edit the visual composer doesn’t seem to be installed in this section?
    2. My Rss Feed pictures are not showing up. On instances when RSS is being used.

    Thank you so much! PHew!

I purchased Legenda two days ago; I’m attempting to troubleshoot a number of issues, but let’s begin with this one:

legenda/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.2.6

Where may I obtain a current version of the form-login.php file?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

    Hi Eva,

    Hi there,
I’m helping to setup a wordpress E-commerce website and I’m running into issues when installing the required plugins packaged with the theme.

Legenda – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme
    http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906

    As I install/activate the plugins
    YITH WooCommerce Wishlist
    Revolution Slider
    WPBakery Visual Composer

the site seems to work until I click around the admin side of things a bit and then I get a white screen (no error messages) the front end of the site (both the private pages plus the public ‘coming soon’ plugin page remain but any part of the admin side including login page display a white screen.

I then have to restore from backup via FTP and Database import to regain access to the site.

It seems to be particularly the Visual Composer that creates the issue?

I have a mockup of the site running locally using MAMP and cannot replicated the issue there.

I have discounted clashes with the other two plugins I have installed (backWPup & commingsoonpro) as I’ve experienced the same issues when those plugins are disabled.

I’ve enlarged the ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’ in the wp-config.php to 96m and this shows up in the status of woocommerce- this has no effect on issue.

Please find below the credentials of the site. Note the site is currently crashed and displays white (in admin side). I can restore to previous state before enabling plugins if needed so you can replicate the error yourself.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Hello @Bernard,

I’ve enabled debug mode in wp-config.php file and the error has appeared on the site:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 388160 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/metrocycles.com.au/httpdocs/wp-admin/index.php on line 13

You need contact your host and ask them to increase memory value.

    Thank you.

    Hi Eva,

I just checked the System Status and the Memory Limit is currently set to 96mb. We have increased the memory limit from 64mb to 80mb and then to 100mb without any effect. We don’t believe the error is directly due to a memory allocation issue.

    Hello @jamespayne,

To correct all categories you need go to Products > Categories > open category and re-save it. Errors will disappear. The problem is related to changes made in category header editor.

    Thank you.
