Hi I am having problems installing the Blanco theme. I downloaded the file and selected only the zip file with the css stylesheet to upload. After uploading and activating the theme, I am getting a blank white screen and I am not able to access my admin menu or webpage. Please help

Please upload your theme archive into the themes folder via FTP and provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content. Also please give us access to wp-admin panel.

No I restored the files and database I had before in order to access the WP_admin menu. This is the theme I had before, not the one I purchased. The one I purchased is Blanco. It is not activated at the moment because there will be a white screen and no access to the admin menu. But it is installed.
Please click on activate for the Blanco theme and see if you can figure out what the problem is. I keep getting a white screen

Is the FTP login details the same as username/password for the godaddy account or is it something different?
They are different. You should have FTP account created. Godaddy support team should provide you with FTP access. Otherwise if you know how to get to File Manager via Godaddy panel please guide us.

This is the information they gave me. If its not working please go on my godaddy account and access the information from there. U can delete and re-install the theme if needed. I do not know how else to find this FTP information for u.
This was stated on the godaddy site. Managed WordPress connects using sFTP over port 22. You cannot use the regular FTP configuration. I am using Managed wordpress
I’m using 22 port, but getting “Authentication failed”. Are you able to connect using those credentials?

No I don’t have any FTP software installed. Is there any other way you can help me with the theme?

As I see you’ve removed blanco theme folder. Please upload the theme archive into themes folder via FTP.

Hi, I installed the Blanco theme via FTP. But now that this theme is installed the login does not work from wordpress.com.
We recommend you to recreate your site. Clear your wordpress, don’t install any 3rd-party plugins and themes, just install Blanco theme as described in our documentation:

You have a lot of 3rd-party plugins that may cause incompatibility with the theme.
