Installing Blanco Theme in wordpress 4.3.1 Error

After the first installation of the Blanco Theme on wordpress 4.3.1 The following two errors appear at the top of the dashboard screen:

First Error:
Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use __construct() instead. in /hermes/walnaweb02a/b1037/moo.fallsorganicstorecom/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3457

Second Error :
Notice: Undefined variable: enable_newschannel in /hermes/walnaweb02a/b1037/moo.fallsorganicstorecom/wp-content/plugins/revslider/admin/revslider-admin.class.php on line 323

#91063 Copied Theme version: Version: 3.3 WooCommerce version: Version 2.4.7

Hello,

Seems debug mode is enabled in wp-config.php file. Disable it and check Dashboard after that.

I have turned it off and the error disappears .
