HI I’ve follwed the documentation process through to the point of installing the theme versions and it’s not working.
The demo content installed fine, however then selecting INSTAL on the ZOO SHOP theme does nothing. I’ve triad a few times and it either returns me the main theme options page, or returns me to the top of the current page… but still shows the default fashion page. I really needed to get this site up and running in the next couple of days so if you could get back to me ASAP on how to sort that would be great, thanks!

Please ask your host to increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize function to 20M and then try to install the template again.

I’ve just set them to 512mb for upload and 128mb for post size, but still nothing.
It goes through the loading icon when you click instal, then it moves you to the top of the page, but I’m still stuck on the fashion theme.
Is there any way to manually copy over the files via ftp to set it up?

Hi!
I have kind of a similar problem. After installing the theme and trying the e-commerce demo I wanted to switch to the corporate demo and work on that but that does not work.
After switching via the “import/export feature” I get a message that it was updated successfully but the demo is still the same.
Not just in the frontend but also in the backend everything is set to e-commerce again.
What can I do to handle that?

Thanks for importing but that did not work. Still does not switch from e-commerce to corporate.
I even realized that the E-commerce demo I initially installed is way different to the one I can see here: https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/
Is that also a bug or is that always different? It would help a lot to work with the demos that are seen on your website because that is the approach we’d like to follow.

There is no possibility to switch between corporate and e-commerce templates.
You can only choose what to install after the first theme activation.
If you want to install corporate template after e-commerce is installed, you can find its xml file in the theme package that you downloaded in legenda/XML_Data/corporate folder.
