Installtion issue - by hp - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi there,
I have installed fresh WordPress and trying to install xstore default demo theme. however, I keep getting errors while installed plugins and demo as below.

Can I also request, deactivate all my site as its showing I reached my limit but seems, I have tried in multiple domains and all having same issue.

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
1) Do prefer WPBakery or Elementor?
2) As we can see, the theme was activated on 2 more sites. Both sites have demo content imported. They are completely different domains with different demo versions installed. According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Are these 3 sites = 1 end project?

Thanks for the reply.

We prefer WPBakery.

On other two sites also have some issues and yes they are part of the same project however, I tried to use different servers with different domains for testing all have the same issues.

The other two sites should not have active anymore, as I believe we have deleted those setups without deactivating the license.

are you please able to deactivate all sites excluding currently provided credentials?

Hello,

There are Mixed Content errors https://prnt.sc/10mz78m You need to contact your admin or hosting provider to fix the https problem. Once it will be solved, check if plugins can be installed via Plugins Installer – http://prntscr.com/10mz83k

can you please advice how/where can deactivate all my site licence? so I can use it only in the applicable domain after development completed?

Deactivate the theme – http://prntscr.com/10n75hw and delete files, then you will be able to activate the theme next time.
