Hello everything is fine? See if this problem is recurring and if you can help me?

We recently carried out general updates to our website and even the theme! After the updates, we noticed that when browsing the site, the internal pages are no longer loaded. It takes a long time to process and then sends it to the not found screen or even to the cloudflare screen.

Can you tell me what it could be? Could it be a conflicting plugin or even a theme issue?

We returned to the previous version of the theme and normalized our website but we would like to keep the most current version.

    Thanks

    Hello, @Carla,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We hope this message finds you well. We have identified a potential issue that appears to be related to a conflict with a third-party plugin on your website. To address this, we kindly request that you temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Following this, please proceed to update both the XStore theme and the XStore core plugin. You can find detailed instructions and the latest updates at the following links:

    – XStore Update History: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/
    – Theme Update Guide: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
    – Plugin Update Guide: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

After completing the updates, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the issue has been resolved.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
