Hi there. I updated Classico and Woocommerce and now I’m getting an internal server error when i try to place an order. It was working fine before so there must be a conflict between the theme and WC.

    Please, contact administrator

    classico/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php
    classico/woocommerce/myaccount/form-edit-address.php
    classico/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php

    Hello,

Sorry but Classico does not support WC 3.6.1 yet. If you check the Classico description on ThemeForest you’ll see that latest compatible version is 3.5.x http://prntscr.com/ndrdoo
Why did you decide to update WC plugin without confirmation that that supports it?

Anyway, either downgrade WC plugin to 3.5.8 or wait for the theme update (should be available within the next 2 days).

    Regards

    Hello,

No, but next time we would recommend being sure that everything will be good after the update. That’s why use the staging site to update theme or plugin to major version. If you don’t have problems then update the production site.

    Regards
