After an update friday, all my sites are in error. Only front page works.
Rose tylers support: settings-permanent links-save
After this the sites will show for a while and show error again.
I need help solving this, i have waited 4 days!

We are able to help you in case issue is related to our theme. Please, provide me server error logs, as a rule, it helps to find out the reason of the problem. Also if the same problem persists even when you enable the default WP theme you need to contact WPML plugin author. We have updated theme. But your issue was not related to theme update.

what is the problem related to? why won’t you solve this or help ?
If you don’t know what are the error logs then contact your hosting provider to get this information.
All these days we are trying to explain you that you are asking not in the right place because the problem is not related to our theme but you don’t want to hear that.
1) You need to get server error logs to find out what error gives the 500 error on the frontend
2) Contact WPML plugin support because as I can see problem appears only when you switch to another language.
We can help you if some code in theme files causes the problem. But if you switch to default WP theme and get the same 500 error it means that theme is not the reason of your problem, maybe some plugin or WP but not our theme. We are theme developers and work with theme problems only. In case you get the problems that are not related to our theme we can do nothing, unfortunately.

host lets me know this is because of a redirect .htaccess file ??
So, as I told you before it’s not theme issue because we have no deal with users’ .htaccess files, it’s priority of the site administrator or hosting.
Feel free to ask if you face issue related to our theme.

Why don’t you ask hosting provider to solve this problem? Why do you demand from theme author to solve problems that are not related to theme, just because our theme is for the WordPress platform?
