IPad Air (Browserstack also checked) – Browser Safari not showing mobile menu on tablets with safari

Hi there,
on staging a customer was the first who recognized the issue.
On every iPad Air with browser Safari the mobile Menu (hamburger) is not shown. Just the Desktop-Version and it really looks unprofessional.
Is it possible to solve?
Check also please on browserstack – here issue can be simulated on each device.

Please try to change Starting Point Of The Mobile Header via Theme Options > General.
