By default, there is no possibility to change this text via Theme Options. You may change it via translation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ (the same for woopress theme). Create English translation and just change the necessary string to what you need http://prntscr.com/jqzyca > http://prntscr.com/jqzyl5
Or you can edit header structure in header-structure file (/wp-content/themes/woopress/headers).

I’ve created the translation for a language you selected in Settings http://prntscr.com/jr0mfw so go to Loco Translate > Themes > WooPress – 8theme WordPress theme > Dansk > http://prntscr.com/jr0n47

2. To change any text of theme, you need to use Loco translate plugin. Please check previous screenshots and try to do it.

Have you cleared browser cache? Have you tried to check it from another computer to be sure that it is not the effect of cache? Do you face the problem on all pages?
