Is there a way to add a review on behalf of users, instead of letting them write it themselves?

If John Smith creates an account on my site, and purchases a product, and so is then eligible to leave a review, am I able to copy and paste a review he’s provided me through for example email, into the review section of the product, through John Smith’s account?

Dear @Applesandcider,

In this instance, John Smith will need to log in to his account and submit the review personally. Once the review has been submitted, the admin will be able to review and approve it accordingly.
