Is there a way to have small social media icons in the top hidden bar?

RIght now, at the top, there is the black bar. I would like very small social media icons in that area – BEFORE it is opened. How do I do that?

Hello,

You can find the code for social media icons at social websites (for example, https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/share-button) and insert that code into Text widget, which should be dragged into “Hidden top panel” widget area.
