Is there anyway to edit the size of the text?

Hello!

how can we edit the text size on blocks/basically for all things etc.?

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

1/ Theme Options > Typography;
2/ Elementor has global settings for Typography https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-set-global-fonts-and-colors/ and every element also.
If you edit demo content, you will need to change the font size for elements one by one. In case you create content from scratch, the global settings will be applied.
