Isse with Product and Catalog images - by tbijeux

Hello

I have an issue with my Catalog images, Product images, Thumbnail images, they are all different sizes. The Single Product Images are also blurry, unless the magnifier is used and it clears up slightly.

And I am not sure where to input the Image Sizes, which appear in 3 different areas, which one is used??

1. Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display

OR

2. Theme Options > Single Product Page (Products Page Layout)

OR

3. Settings > Media Settings > Image Size

Also, I tried to regenerate thumbnails and it gave me an error “The error message was: The originally uploaded image file cannot be found at….”

Hello,

You can delete Product Images Width and Height in Theme Option, then go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and change Single Product Image settings. Use hard crop if you want to crop images.

Also, disable Screets Live Chat plugin. Then regenerate thumbnails https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Hi there,

I am still having issues with Catalog page, all thumbnails are different sizes. How can I fix this?

Also, what do I do with Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display, keep those settings or delete??

Hello,

You need to set needed Catalog images settings in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display. If you want to make equal size for all the product images, either upload images with the same sizes or enable Hard Crop. Then regenerate thumbnails.
