Please temporarily disable our Email builder and check how it works with default woocomerce emails.

now you can check , pls note many issues come from email builder when add new product no new order email send to admin and no email send to customer ! only receive email from WCFM to vendor contain error pls check https://prnt.sc/2HOVD7IywtcA
also when update order status no email sent
note: all default woocomerec emails send correct when deactivate email builder

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
It is never possible to make something as perfect as we have in our imagination. If you have too many issues using our Email builder is not it a better idea to disable it and use default Emails without those all bugs.
We cannot work only on fixing the issues you find in Email builder because we have to separate our developing time for different things and new features creating. Thanks for understanding!
About your issues, we found that some emails on your end are titled in english language when they should in arabic -> https://prnt.sc/9BR5YZAISFc6 (arabic version of email chosen but few of your titles are still in english, please, write them correctly and check again.)
Also interesting thing that the email is sent only in last language you saved your email template (I resaved arabic translation of reset password template and it was sent me from arabic language on my email -> https://prnt.sc/tlLehUVFSBcp but from english version is didn’t) – it seems like WPML issue so please, contact them also or just disable the email builder to prevent issues you have now.
