    Hello,

We also need FTP access. Please provide us with it.
Did you make any changes in original theme files?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I only edited this as per another support ticket:

You can edit \themes\royal\framework\shortcodes.php file on line 1729.

But the issue was happening even before I did this.

    Hello,

    Style.css has been reuploaded.
Did you make your style changes in this file?

If so, you must make modifications in the file custom.css.
How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

The issue is with the mobile menu. It is the mobile menu that is being displayed on the safari browser for some reason. If I uncheck it on the theme settings, it still shows up but the menu items are not displayed. How can I resolve this?

Okay, never mind. I just installed the latest theme update and it’s fixed now! 🙂
