    Hi there;

    When we use either the XStore widget “Products” or “Products Grid” on Elementor, and we try to select any variable products that we would like to manually include in that particular section (by using the “List of IDs” option from the “Data Source” field), sometimes it doesn’t allow us to select the product itself but only some of its variations.

    For example, if we try to select the product “Jacket X,” the only options that appear listed are things like “Jacket X (id – 10213) variation” or alternatives to that, but we can’t just select the product “Jacket X” (which would include ALL its variations).

    I’m including a screenshot in the private area, showing this issue.

    This happens with SOME variable products. With other variable products we can select the product itself without any issues.

    This is a problem we have been experiencing for a while, including after several theme updates, but we would like to have it fixed. We have created a staging version of the site for you to access.

    Thank you;

    Ivan

    Hello IvanMTK,

    We have noticed that you are using an outdated version of the Theme and plugins. We recommend that you update the Theme and plugins, including the Core plugin, WooCommerce, and Elementor, to the latest version. After doing so, please clear the cache and check if the issue persists. If it does, we suggest deleting the specific products and recreating them manually on your site and re-add those products again on the page with the same element.

    How to update the Theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

    If the issue still persists, we recommend disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site first.

    Additionally, please provide your site WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate further.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, IvanMTK,

    You may try to add next solution described in this topic -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/issues-about-the-products-adding/#post-308366
    Code:

    add_filter('etheme_elementor_post_ajax_results_per_page', function() {
     return 50;
    });

    50 limit you may try to increase to 100 for testing purposes and I think it will fix the issue for you.

    P.S. We cannot do it from our side because we have neither permissions to edit your child-theme files from admin nor ftp access. So we described the possible solution for you in the message above.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
