Issue updating brands on Transport variation of page

I am having issues figuring out how/where to add or update brands on the home page for the transport variation of your theme. In the demo, it just has an image and a text box, but I can’t see where/how to change that to show a slider or multiple brands. I see the option to choose a slider, but where do I then create the slide – or if I change to grid – again nothing happens. It just shows the same image and text box from the demo on the live site.

Please help! Thank you.

Hello,

You need install Woocommerce plugin and in Products section you’ll find Brands menu where you can create your brands. Then add Brands element in Visual Composer editor to your page.

But the site isn’t going to be e-commerce, just informational/corporate. Do I still need the WooCommerce plugin for that? I want to make sure people can’t add to cart or shop on the site at all. Please help thank you!

Hello,

Sorry, but Brands menu is located inside of Products section and to use it you need install Woocommerce plugin.
You can disable cart and other options in Theme Options.
