Issue when i try to edit header and fix the header builder

when i try to edit the header i found it like this https://prnt.sc/GJqB3tHkR015 on the editor but in the truth my header look like this https://prnt.sc/YGfsUHESi2F2 so please help me fix the editor

Hello @mohmmad,

We would like to confirm if you are using the Multiple Headers features. If so, this could be the cause of your issue. Please watch and follow the instructions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpeXfzNwkOc

Alternatively, this could be a cache issue. Please try to clear the complete cache of your site and browser and then check back.

If the issue persists, please make your site live on a test server and share your site WP Admin URL and credentials with us in the private content area of this topic. We will then investigate the issue further and provide assistance.

We suggest that you try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of your browser, and then check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please make your site live on a test server and keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site. Additionally, please grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations, so that we can investigate and assist you accordingly.

We will also need your live site WP Admin URL and credentials to check the issue on your site. You can share this information in the private content area of this topic.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

maybe it’s becuse the multiple headers but i can’t deactive it and i didn’t understand how to deactive it from the video that you send…..
so please if you can help me without have a server
