Issue when updating to latest version - by valking

Hi there,

When updating to the latest version of the theme. I seem to be losing my logo and a lot of other customisations. I am unable to attach screenshots but basically the logo is being switched back to xstore logo and also getting a completely different header layout.

Hello,

You use the built-in header layout on your site but we warned users that the built-in header will be removed and that they should use the header builder to recreate the header https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG

Please, try to create your header using the header builder and then update the theme. If you need any help with this provide us with WP Dashboard access.

Hi there,

We don’t seem to have the option to create the header maybe because we need to update but can’t as this breaks stuff. I have provided logins if you can take a look please.
