Hello:

Please note that I used this plug-in with “XL WooCommerce Sales Triggers ver 2.10” and it worked great with the Legenda theme, now that I switched to the “Niche-Market” theme. The plugin does not work at all, can u help me find out why?

Hello,

Could you, please, contact plugin author and ask what hook at the single product page do they use to display that trigger. After that reply back with their answer and provide also WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.

Hello,

We found that plugin has already tried to add compatibility with our theme and it works for the simple product layout but they missed compatibility fix for the single product builder.
We have improved the code of their file /wp-content/plugins/xl-woocommerce-sales-triggers/theme-support/x-store/x-store.php
So, reply back to the plugin author and send them that file. It will fix the problem for future users.
Also, check your site.
