Issue with accessibility checker ( Wave Validator ) in Cart icon

Hi awesome support team.
pls we have an issue with cart icon.
We have a website accessibility ready and we have only one issue.
Look, when you enter the site for the first time and you make a check with Wave Validator all seems ok

BUT

if you add a product in cart and you run again wave validator then you get an error on the delete icon in cart…

Hi Issue is not resolved,
i update theme but when there is a product in cart, the home page has an error
Pls see video to understand
the error in Wave Validator happends when you add an product to cart

i clear cache.
i t was ok but if you make a refresh again the issue persits and alsos in english version
we clear all cache several times
