Issue with add to cart and buy now button

    I am facing the issue with with “Add to Cart” and “Buy now” button which is coming from XTheme’s Add to Cart/Buy now plugin. I had added it and I was able to see earlier. But after sometime it is not visible on website. But whenever I make open single product page then I can see it there. I tried to remove it and putting it again. It works but is not consistent. Faced this issue 2 time.

    We understand that you are experiencing inconsistencies with the “Add to Cart” and “Buy Now” buttons on your website.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Please provide us with FTP access also.
    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Please, provide us also the url to the product where such issues displayed because we checked few products and the buttons are shown there correctly.

    Thanks, Jack for your reply. I had shared the snapshot of that but now I can also see that add to cart and buy now button is back. Ths is second time I am seeing the same problem. Earlier I removed the button at single product page and added it back so issue was resolved. But it is creating problem again and again. Is there any permanent solution as I can’t afford this problem on live website ?
