    Dear XStore Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with adding prebuilt sliders to Elementor. Specifically, when I try to create a new slider in the Slider Menu and select a prebuilt template, I am unable to insert it into the page. The only templates that appear are those provided directly by XStore Studio.

When I click on the Insert button for a prebuilt template, it does not load the template into the page for editing with Elementor. This is preventing me from using the prebuilt sliders as intended.

The issue is clearly shown in the video below:

Could you please assist me with this issue or provide guidance on how to resolve it?

    Thank you for your support!

    Best regards,

    Attila

    Hello, Szocs Attila,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please enable Flexbox Container in Elementor:
    1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Go to Elementor > Settings.
    3. Click on the Features tab.
    4. Locate Flexbox Container and set its value to Active.
    5. Save the changes.

After enabling the Flexbox Container, try importing again.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
