Issue with background image dissapearing

Hello, I have an issue with one of the sections. Sometimes uploaded background img dissapears. I can usually fix it by selecting img once again, but then it dissapears on mobile version. It keeps dissapearing on pc and mobile when I upload from either device type. Currently it’s not visible on mobile for me.

2. I’d like my header menu font when site loads on homepage to be white and bg transparent. After scrolling down I’d like bg to be white and menu font to be black. Currently after scrolling font is white. Could this be done with wp settings or would it be considered as custom feature?

2. As for the header menu styling, achieving the effect you described, go to edit the header template > add custom CSS code: https://prnt.sc/bVuiFVm9ZEf6
