Issue with checking out *Please enter an address to continue*

    Not sure when this happened, but today I was made aware that customers cannot check out any longer without getting this message *Please enter an address to continue.* – even though an address is already entered.

    The checkout process was previously tested and worked fine – not sure why, when or how this issue occured. Any help would be greatly appreciated since the client is getting anxious. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if you have this issue with our theme only or even with official theme too.

    I don’t have that option under themes. Also, what is the official WC theme?

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme http://prnt.sc/f1hj0i.
    We are able to help you with theme settings and features. If you are talking about default WP or WC options you need to be sure that it works with official WP or WC theme.

    Hello,

    Please, update theme to the version 3.0.2. It’s available on ThemeForest.
    This version is compatible with WC 3.0.4.
    I would recommend you before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

    The Theme was successfully updated to 3.02. The message *Please enter an address to continue.* still persists at check out, even though an address is entered. Please advise.

    Hello,

    If you have the same problem with official WooCommerce theme – Storefront, we recommend you to contact Woocommerce support to investigate this problem.
    Also, update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer and WPBakery Visual Composer https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/
