Issue with checkout & Stripe - by popcorner

Hi
I can’t use the stripe payment method anymore ; everything displays well, but when i validate the checkout , i encounter an error message and the checkout is unvalid

Could you help me find a solution please

Hello,

Do you have the problem with the default WC theme activated on your site (Storefront)?
Also, try to disable 3-rd party plugins, clear cache and check how it works then.

Hello,

Have you checked how it works with the default theme?
Any of plugins affect the work of this?
Provide temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.

still haven’t find .. no ..

and bit affraid to lose changes if i switch to classic theme .. i’ll let you admin log in private area

Seems you did not use the correct key, you have js error in the console http://prntscr.com/mwru9p
Follow Stripe docs https://stripe.com/docs/keys
If you have any other questions about stripe settings contact plugin author https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/
We are theme author and provide support for theme, not for the third-party plugins, sorry.

And i understand for the support ! But i still have a problem that could be a theme problem …
The fields for card payment are not available on checkout page :/ ..
Could you help me with that ?

I don’t see any problem with this if you set correct Stripe settings and fixed js error http://prntscr.com/mwugav
