We’re noticing an issue with the cross sell section showing products in a three column layout instead of 2 columns and having left/right arrows to see more products. Similar to how Upsell section works. This only happens on mobile.
You can see an example of this by going to this link (on mobile): https://franks.andrewtechful.com/product/ssk-fungo/
I’ve attached the password in the private content area. Let me know if you need any additional info.
Hello,
Do you have the mentioned issue when the parent theme is activated on your site? We can see js errors that come from child theme – https://prnt.sc/21tbrkw
Regards
So yes we are using a child theme to add some custom functionality however I can assure you that the errors shown in the screenshot you linked to, has nothing to do with the crossSell section and why it’s behaving the way it is. If you’d like, you could even login through FTP and see for yourself. I’ve included the FTP info in the private content area.
Hello,
Thanks for the reply. Provide temporary wp-admin access also.

I’ve gone ahead and provided this info in the private content area.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Hello,
Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Multiple templates > edit custom template.
If you want to apply template for all products, it is no need to use the custom one https://prnt.sc/224g4r1 , just edit the default one and delete the custom. The custom should be used when you want to apply a separate layout for some specific products.
Regards
