I am working on a website, where I have created a custom product archive page for my WooCommerce store. The page functions correctly when filters are applied. However, I am encountering an issue when accessing the page directly via its URL.
When accessing the product archive page directly via the URL, I receive the message: “Unfortunately, there are no products that match your criteria.”
If I apply any filter (e.g., price, category), the products are displayed correctly.
After applying a filter, if I remove all the filters, the page correctly shows all products.
The issue only arises when accessing the page directly via the URL without applying any filters.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue so that all products display correctly by default when the page is accessed via URL without any filters applied.
Hello, Drishti,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Is the Shop page selected in WooCommerce plugin settings?
Could you please provide the URL and temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello, Drishti,
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If this doesn’t help, please provide FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
I have deactivated the cache plugin and disabled the CDN, but I still see the same issue.
Hello, Drishti,
We recommend keeping the XStore Ajaxify option disabled for the Archive Products widgets. There are numerous conditions in these widgets that may not align correctly with the XStore Ajaxify functionality. It is generally best practice to enable this feature on elements located on the Home, Contact Us, and About Us pages to ensure optimal performance.
To address this, we have implemented improvements and deactivated this option for the widgets on the Shop layout page.
