    Dear Support Team,

I recently purchased your WordPress theme and successfully installed it on my website. However, I am facing an issue where the demo templates and web page designs are not importing as expected.

I have followed the installation and import instructions provided in the documentation, but the demo content is still not appearing on my site. This is causing a delay in my project, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Please let me know if additional steps are required or if there is a technical issue with the theme. I look forward to your prompt response.

    Thank you,
    Arka Sarkar

    Hello, @Arka Sarkar,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:
    https://ibb.co/tZwzJSv

We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site, and then import the demo on your site again.

Please follow our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/

3/ Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version.
Do not import a few versions altogether, it will create a mess.

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I have ensured that my system meets the required specifications for the theme, but it is still not functioning correctly. Additionally, I am encountering two other issues:

The cart page is broken and does not display as expected.
The checkout page is also malfunctioning, as you can see.
Please help me resolve these issues at the earliest. Your assistance in fixing them will be greatly appreciated.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hello, @Arka Sarkar,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme additional code customization.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:
