Dear 8thème support,
I have recently encountered a problem with configuring the main menu on my website. I added product categories, but the menu is not displaying anymore. About a month ago, I configured the menu in the same way, and everything was working fine.
Furthermore, when I try to configure the menu in the WordPress dashboard, it doesn’t automatically update when I go to the “Theme Options” of XStore. Even when I select a specific menu, it remains the same as before. The menu I created simply doesn’t appear.
Now, I received a message stating that the theme doesn’t support the menu natively and that I should use the widget area to add a navigation menu. However, I don’t quite understand the process.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and ensuring that my menu displays correctly again?
