Issue with displaying with MultiVendorX for the vendors list page

Hi greetings. I have installed MultiVendorX, but the vendor list page only shows the short code, so please help me out. I can share the details so you can check it from your end as well. Thank you. I have added pictures for your reference.

We are currently unable to access your Dashboard.

The issue appears to be an internal server error, which is related to your hosting environment. We kindly recommend contacting your hosting provider to investigate and resolve this matter, as it falls under server-side support.
