Issue With Dropdown Not Responding ON Desktop and Mobile

    Hi,

    I have an issue on both desktop and mobile.

    One issue is the filters on the shop page. When i display them as a dropdown, they open then immediately close and keep doing so. the only way to remedy this was to always keep the filter widgets open which i not what i want.

    Also, on mobile in the mobile menu, the dropdown box for my blog does exactly the same where it opens and then immediately closes again.

    I ahve troubleshooted a lot of the common solutions but nothing has helped. Everything is updated to the latest including plugins.

    Hello,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
    If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
