Issue with Elementor and XStore Settings Not Responding

Hello,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m experiencing some problems with the settings in both the Elementor panel and the XStore settings on my website. When I try to make changes, such as adjusting how the product image appears on the shop page or other product display settings, the changes don’t take effect. Whether I enable or disable these settings, the result on the website remains the same.

I have another website designed with the same theme that I purchased from your team before, and it doesn’t have this issue. When I change the settings on that site, they apply successfully. I’m not sure why it’s not working on this current website.

To help illustrate the problem, I’ve attached screenshots of both the new website (with the issue) and the old one (where everything works fine). These screenshots show the settings I’ve applied and how they’re reflected on each site.

Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this problem and how to fix it?

Please I also want to change the colors of the buttons on the quick View window. I did not find any settings to modify the colors on it. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards.

1/ Upon reviewing your website, we have noticed that you utilize a custom layout for all archive pages. To address your requirements for the product archive page, we recommend making the necessary modifications through Elementor. This will allow you to tailor the layout to better suit your needs.

For your convenience, we have created a video tutorial to guide you through the process. You can find the link to this video in the private content area provided.

2/ To change the color of the add to cart button on the quick View window, Please add the following CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

.et-quick-view-wrapper .product_type_variable{ background-color: #c1c1f2 !important; color: black !important; }

3/ To change the color of the buy now button on the Quick View window, Please navigate to Xstore > Theme options > Woocommerce > Single product page > Layout > Buy now button > Change color as per your requirement and publish it
