    Dear XStore Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue while using Elementor with the XStore theme. The cursor moves randomly on its own and unexpectedly opens various settings without any input from me. This makes it very difficult to work efficiently.

I have attached a video demonstrating the issue for your reference. Could you please investigate this and provide a solution?

    Looking forward to your assistance.

    Hello, Szocs Attila,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly ask you to perform the following steps:

    1. Please ensure that both the XStore theme and all related plugins, including Elementor, are updated to their latest versions.
    2. Try temporarily deactivating all third-party plugins except for Elementor, Woocommerce, and XStore Core to check if the issue persists. This will help us determine if there is a conflict with another plugin.
    3. Clear your browser cache and try using a different browser to see if the issue continues.
    4. If possible, test the issue on a different device to rule out any hardware-related causes.

If the problem remains after these steps, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access and FTP credentials via the private content area so we can investigate the issue directly on your site.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I have tested the same setup on other computers, and the issue does not occur there — it only happens on my laptop.
    what can i do?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We appreciate you taking the time to test the setup on other computers. Since the issue appears to be specific to your laptop, we recommend the following steps to help identify and resolve the problem:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause unexpected behavior. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

    2. Try a Different Browser: If you are using a specific browser, try accessing the setup using a different one to see if the issue persists.

    3. Disable Browser Extensions: Certain browser extensions or add-ons may interfere with the functionality. Try disabling them temporarily to check if that resolves the issue.

    4. Check for System Updates: Ensure that your operating system and browser are up to date.

    5. Review Security Software: Antivirus or firewall settings may sometimes block certain scripts or content. Please check if any security software might be affecting the setup.

    6. Inspect Console for Errors: If you are familiar with browser developer tools, please check the console for any error messages and share them with us. This can help us better understand the issue.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. At this point, it occurs across all computers and in every browser we’ve tested.

Additionally, there’s another issue: in the Elementor editor, I can see the image I added, but it doesn’t appear either on the backend preview or on the frontend of the site.

Could you please double-check the Elementor settings on your end to see if anything might be causing these problems?

I’ve attached two videos demonstrating the main issue to help you better understand what’s happening.

Looking forward to your feedback. Thank you in advance for your support!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide access to the WordPress admin panel or FTP at this time. The last time I granted access to one of your colleagues, the settings were altered and the site stopped functioning properly afterwards.

Instead, I would appreciate any advice or guidance on what could be causing the issue. I suspect it may be related to the Elementor settings, as that was the source of the problem last time.

Please let me know which specific area in Elementor I should check, and I will investigate the issue further.

    Dear @Szocs Attila,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that there is a JavaScript error originating from a third-party plugin in your home page content. You can view the error here: https://prnt.sc/kZ57ewcpez2f. This issue is affecting the proper execution of subsequent scripts.

Additionally, we noticed that you have enabled the “Lazy Loading Background” option for a specific section (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/iE9sBlvKEPDn). Due to the aforementioned JavaScript error, the background image is not loading correctly. Please note that this error occurs on the frontend and may not be visible within the editor.

To resolve this issue, we recommend the following options:

    1. Fix the JavaScript error caused by the third-party plugin and then verify if the background loads correctly.
    2. Alternatively, disable the “Lazy Loading Background” option for the affected section.

If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via our support forum.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
    The 8Theme Team
