Issue with Elements Alignment / Icon / Buttons etc

Hi Support,

Greetings, I have the following issues and would like your support to fix it. I have added the login details in the private content area for you to be able to troubleshoot it.

1) Issue 1 – Refer Screenshot 1 – Hover Icons not aligned on the products on homepage.

2) Issue 2 – Refer Screenshot 2 – Instagram icon shows facebook icons and unable to add pinterest, LinkedIn icon

3) Issue 3 – Screenshot 3 – Customize and Add to cart buttons are not aligned when I add customize functionality on the products. I have to manually fix each product page.

Rest all the products on the website are not aligned. It will be hectic for me to manually align buttons on all product pages. I guess with css you should be able to fix my issues.

4) Issue 4 – Screenshot 4 – The customize button does not show on some products or shows broken on some product pages.

Please note the above issues affect even on the mobile.

I request you to please do have a look at it. The theme is amazing and I guess I just have these 4 issues I required to be resolved.

Hello,

1) It’s because of the lumise plugin, it adds some content to our hover. We used custom CSS to hide it. Check now.

2) Theme Options > Header builder > edit socials element and add the new necessary socials http://prntscr.com/q2esph > publish your changes

3) Because you use Yellow pencil plugin and its single style tab. Use the global tab to apply styles for all the products https://gyazo.com/357daa3f1c6a483d94cbfd824cdc82dc in future.
We added correct code to child theme style.css instead of using yellow pencil custom.

4) It’s because of you custom code creayed by Yellow pencil. It used unsuitable in your case styles for that button. Check now.

Hi Support,

Thanks for your prompt reply and for the fix for issue 1.

2) The instagram icon is not showing instgram icon (3rd icon should be IG icon). It is showing facebook icon. Even if i select instagram it shows facebook. Can you please fix it.

3) The problem still remians, I want to show the add to cart button and customize button below the quantity shown like i had editied using yellow pencil. Could you use the css code to fix it . Use button color #f79022 and text color #ffffff

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Check the cart page after that. Do you have the same problem? Provide screenshot what price you have with the default Storefront theme.

Hi Support,

The CSS code you wrote works only on desktop and not on the mobile . could you please fix this on the mobile. The CSS you made works great o desktop.

1) Sreenshot 5 – The customize button homepage for product on mobile view is not as same as desktop.

1) We don’t see any issues with the customize button for the mobile device

2) We don’t see any issues with the customize button for the mobile device on the single product http://prntscr.com/qbmtm1
3) Too much information for the mobile, Sticky Add To Cart Bar feature is not very suitable for your products because of the information that you have for them. We have disabled option http://prntscr.com/qbmwtu

Hello,

Here is a list of plugins that come bundled with our theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
By default theme comes with WPBakery page builder. XStore is compatible with the Elementor, and some of our customers use this builder instead of the WPBakery. Keep in mind that you need to build content using only one builder, don’t try to edit page that was created by WPBakery using Elementor. Create pages using Elementor from scratch.

I think i was not clear. I always use elementor to build any pages. Actually, because xstore uses elementor i bought the theme. Now i cant find elementor on my website backend.

Hello,

The main page builder of the XStore theme – WPBakery, it always was and still is at this moment, check the theme description https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 and theme changelog https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/
XStore theme is compatible with Elementor but this plugin does not come bundled with XStore theme. If you want to use Elementor instead of the WPBakery then go to Plugins > Add new >install Elementor plugin. Keep in mind that you can’t edit pages content created by WPBakery using Elementor. You need to create page content from scratch.
