2) We checked the license and found that you use 1 license for multiple projects http://prntscr.com/wbo90v It’s not allowed by the ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

Hello,

If you don’t plan to use the theme on the mentioned websites then log in to the sites’ Dashboard, deactivate and remove theme from these sites. Reply back after that and we’ll deactivate licenses from our side.

Nope, you use the same license for the https://arhazcouture.com/ https://prnt.sc/whbyp2
So, you can’t use it for the new http://chadanworld.com project.

As I said, it is removed…. check from inside https://prnt.sc/whnpfs

The theme is there and I will may buy later when required.

For Chadanworld.com, I have purchased another license.

Now I need to activate only for chayati.com.

Hello,

Look, you need also remove theme from the https://arhazcouture.com/ if it’s not activated. You can’t use the theme for that project without activation. So, change theme for that project to something else or provide the new license for the http://chadanworld.com project.

Read the license policy, you don’t have the right to install the theme for the project if you don’t have the license for this.

You enabled the coming soon mode. Provide us with the screenshot of the Dashboard that the theme was removed and another theme activated for that site. Then we’ll be able to proceed. Thank you for your understanding.
