Issue with Filters in Accessories Category

    Dear 8theme Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with the filters on my website, which uses the XStore theme. When applying certain filters, they remain perpetually loading and do not display any products. This is significantly affecting the user experience on my site.

    I have noticed this behavior specifically in the Accessories category, particularly when filtering by subcategories.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

    1/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

    2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    3/ It is possible that the cause of this is related to cached data.

    We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce > Status > Tools

    Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

    Hello! As requested, I am attaching the video (WeTransfer link) where I show how a section of filters does not work and keeps my website loading without displaying products. I emphasize that it is not all the filters, only the middle section titled “Filter”. The other filters do show products when applied (please pay attention to the video). I have already tried deactivating some plugins and the problem persists. I discovered that the filter that does not work is: https://montgomeryguns.com/shop-2/?filter_cat=, (?filter_cat=) which is the category filter. I need your help as this issue has a significant impact on my website. I look forward to your assistance. Thank you for your help!

    Thank you for providing access. We have reviewed the issue you reported. Kindly check the updates on your end.

    Part of the problem appears to be that there are two categories named “Accessories,” which is affecting the proper functioning of the filters. We kindly ask you to keep only one of these categories and remove the duplicate to resolve the conflict.
