Issue with Homepage Not Working on XStore Theme

I installed the XStore theme on my WordPress website, but the homepage is not displaying properly. Other sections of the site work fine, but the homepage remains either blank or doesn’t load the content. I’ve checked the homepage settings, cleared the cache, disabled plugins to check for conflicts, and tried using Elementor to edit the homepage, but the issue still persists.

This summary should clearly explain the problem to the support team.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
