Issue with mobile menu in website – Not display correclty

Hi Guys,
i have an issue with mobile menu,

i think is something with translation, we have the same issue again.
Pls check
i would really appreciate if you couls send the solution in order to know for future use if i have the same issue.

Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Extra Tab Content > Menu

Hi
It seems that either we did not describe the problem properly or that you did not understand exactly the problem.
We have set everything correct (we know how to do it) but the mobile menu is not working properly,
There is a problem that has to be resolved and we are sure the problem is not in the settings.
The previous time that we had a similar problem there was an issue with a translations string in wpml.
Can you please check the problem and let us know how to fix it, because we have the same problem on several websites. We have several licenses of Xtra theme.
