Issue with off canvas last version of theme

Hello,

We use your theme for our shop for a long time and the last version break the off canvas feature (for cart and hamburger menu on mobile). For mobile users, it’s really urgent to solve this issue as we can lost sales.

No warning message on my dev console on firefox.

I will provide ftp and admin access but be aware that it’s our live website so it will be difficult to switch theme or disabling some plugins 😉

Do you think you can solve this issue today or just have a quick look?

Is there a way to download previous version of your theme plz?

Hello,

It looks the issue was caused by the Object cache plugin. We have disabled it and off-canvas works.

We were working at the same time on the website 😉

I just notice that the xstore plugin version was 3.1.1 on our website but on changelog it’s 3.1.

I reinstall version 3.1 and it seems to work even with object cache Redis.

My question is: how is it possible to have 3.1.1 ?

Hello,

Version 3.1.1 of the XStore core plugin includes a fix with the mobile menu subitems (if you click once you can’t click the subitems arrow again with version 3.1). So, we would recommend you to use the 3.1.1 version.

Ok i understand, however i don’t have this issue you mention with 3.1 and all seems to work. Could you check our website with a mobile quickly to confirm?

Edit: Ok now i see the issue you mentionned. I will try to upgrade to 3.1.1 but i am afraid it will break my menu again.

Edit: Now with 3.1.1 and Redis cache it’s working. Strange bug !
