Issue with one of my products - by Eloise

    Hi there,

    I have an issue with one of my products. I am using two extensions on it, woocommerce mix and match and woocommerce product add on. The theme seems to be conflicting with it some how.

    I have been in contact with the woocommerce extension team and have added screenshots of what they have said as it will provide a better explanation.

    Just wondering if the answer will stand out to anyone here on how I can go about solving this.

    Hello,

    Our technicians are not available during the weekend. However, let’s clarify details:
    – Have you checked how it works when Storefront theme is activated?
    – Describe in more detail how it should work and what exactly is wrong when our theme is activated.
    Provide temporary FTP access also, so we can check what can be done to help you.
    Note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. WC Mix and Match plugin is not an official WooCommerce plugin.

    Hi again,

    Luckily the issue I was having has been fixed by one of the extensions support so I no longer need help with that! Thank you!

    Something I am having an issue with is my contact form, it was working initially but now returns with an error message if I try to test it with my own email addresses.
