Hi
On the product page, if you scroll down to the options you can add an additional custom block. Let’s say I’ve added a CTA block and set it to appear below content.
On the product page my CTA renders fine and sits perfectly below the product tabs; ie description / additional info / reviews.
But, when you activate cross-sell in theme options and position this to sit below content; it’s appearing *above* the additional custom block.
Traditionally cross-sell / related products sit at the bottom of the page with all other blocks above this.
Not sure if you’ve added them right in the template but essentially, is it possible to update theme once template is updated to position additional blocks *above* the related products / cross-sell block (which should always be at the baseline position with others on top of it).
Let me know please.
Hello, @Niddy,
Thanks for contacting us.
I have gone through your issue. To set the block above the cross-sell please go to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Single Product builder from there you can set the widgets in sections as per your need as I set, you can see in the image using custom HTML widget/Element you can set the static blocks in it and move the widget/Element on the row you want easily see this image: https://postimg.cc/dLpkW4VH and here is the resulting image https://postimg.cc/p98DQ3QJ please note that if your issue is not resolved by following the above guidance the please share your site wp-admin URL and access in the private content area so that I will check and fix it for you on your site.

Hiya
This tooled the whole site and changed breadcrumbs banner to white and added a third siidebar column etc; so am just restoring it – I will just add the block directly into each product instead of using it centrally as I do not want to use product builder – prefer the out-the-box version.
Ideally, in next update just reposition the blocks so that the You May Be Interested In… segment always sits at the bottom of the other in-page block that we add per-product. This way we do not need to mess with product builder. Just my thoughts…
Thanks though.
Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve passed your request to our developers.
Could you post it also here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ ?

Just noticed this request was added to the update today.
You guys get better. Saved me loads of time so thank you very much. Nice job.
Not updated theme yet as it’s 00.20am but I’ll do it first thing and report back. This makes life so much easier as essentially; related products would always be the last item above the footer / below product content / after last CTA (block etc).
Just wanted to come back and say thanks for listening to your users. Awesome support & aftersales. ?
Hello,
You’re welcome!
Have a nice day!

Hiya
This has actually tooled the page – please see private info for details but essentially when I enable the custom block in the page settings, the page crashes and all layouts die. When I remove the custom block again, it loads properly again.
Please check and fix the update as it’ll affect other users who downloaded it.
Thanks
Hello,
https://prnt.sc/fDfuirq4FRwJ
you added a static block with Fancy Button element which calls the same static block this element is in. So that started the loop that created such issue for you. Be careful when you create content in such way.
Regards
Ahh – that’s because I moved the whole block from the page that correctly called the contact form via the button but when I moved into the custom block element; I didn’t update it.
All sorted now – just created a new block linking the contact form and then used that block as the button call-up.
Sorted- thanks 🙂
