Issue with “Product” Page – Critical Error

    Dear 8Theme Support,

    I am experiencing an issue where I cannot access the Product page. I frequently encounter a critical error, but it does not always occur. The error seems to happen only on my system and when using an administrator account.

    I am unsure how to troubleshoot this issue. Could you take a look when you have the chance and help identify what might be causing this?

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing a critical error when accessing the Product page. We understand how frustrating this can be

    1/ Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

    2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    3/ Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
