Issue with product videos – not showing thumbnaim

product videos doesn’t shows any thumbnail in product gallery, and after turning on option to show product video in shop page, it doesn’t

Please provide the URL, of the product with a video, from your site.

Additionally, provide temporary wp-admin access.

We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ “doesn’t shows any thumbnail in product gallery,” – here is a link to our demo https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/product/product-classic/ Current display is the correct one. There is no option to show thumbnail image from video on a single product page, unfortunately.

2/ “and after turning on option to show product video in shop page, it doesn’t” – please provide URL of the achieve page where we will be able to see the mentioned product.

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the functionality to display product videos as thumbnails is currently not supported by the Elementor Archive Products widget. This feature is only available with the non-builder Products Archive page.

Should you wish to see this functionality implemented in the Elementor Archive Products widget, we kindly encourage you to submit a feature request. You can do so by visiting our roadmap page at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This will allow us to gauge interest and determine the feasibility of incorporating such a feature, keeping in mind that each additional option could potentially affect the widget’s performance and page loading times.
