Issue with Removing Products from Cart Widget

Hi,

I’ve noticed that I cannot completely remove a product from the “My Cart” side widget. I can add more items and reduce the quantity down to just one, but I’m unable to delete the product entirely. However, this issue does not occur on the “My Cart” page, where everything works perfectly.

Could you please let me know what I need to change to resolve this issue?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attention.

You can use the next code in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS to change the position of woocs_auto_switcher block or contact support of the switcher plugin:

.woocs_auto_switcher.cd-stretchy-nav { top: 70px !important; }

Thank you for your response. However, I want to clarify that my query is not related to the currency switcher.

I’m referring to the “my cart” side widget (please see the attached screenshot), which is a feature of the Xstore theme.

You are unable to click on the “X” icon to remove the product because you have used a third-party plugin and this object https://prnt.sc/ReGVjoJAYJPf overlaps the “X” icon in question.

I’m sorry, but this is incorrect. First of all, I have tried moving the switcher both to the top and the bottom of the page, and that did not resolve the issue. Additionally, the suggested CSS code did not help either.

Furthermore, if the switcher were the problem, I wouldn’t be able to add products using the plus sign or delete them afterward. However, the main issue is that I cannot reduce the number of products in the cart all the way to zero (i.e., remove all products). This functionality works on the cart page, which indicates it should also be possible in the widget.
